	Mike Battersby Managing Director Graduate of the University of Wales, UK (Mineral Processing) and Swinburne University, Melbourne Australia (Innovation & Enterprise) with many years' experience in remote site operations with Anglo American, De Beers, Robertson Research and Billiton Australia. Subsequently responsible for equipment sales management with KHD Humboldt Wedag AG, Germany. Specialises in new product and business development. Chartered Engineer, Member of IMM (London), AusIMM and SME.

	Dr Rainer Imhof Engineering Director PhD graduate from University of Clausthal, Germany (Mineral Processing) with over 30 years design, R&D and management experience in coal and non-ferrous process industries. Specialised in pneumatic flotation, jigging, electrowinning and aeration technologies. Holds a number of patents in the above. Chairman of GDMB (German mining association) flotation technical committee.


	Dr Arun Vathavooran Metallurgical Engineer Arun has a B.Sc in Mining and Minerals Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and a PhD in Mineral Processing from the University of Nottingham. His PhD Thesis was entitled "Applying Froth Imaging Techniques to Characterise the Dewatering Behaviour of Fine Coal". Arun undertook post doctoral research work at the University of Kentucky’s Centre for Applied Energy Research, USA before joining MMS. Arun is currently a member of the SME.
	Peter Sullivan MMS Director Peter has a BSc in Mining Engineering from Nottingham University and an MSc from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. He is the principal of Euromin Ltd, a Portuguese based engineering consultancy. Peter has extensive experience in coal, hard rock and alluvial mining in Africa. He has also spent seven years as a project manager with the South African Chamber of Mines Research Organisation. He is currently contracted as Operations Manager of a Portuguese based diamond mining company operating in Angola.

	Christopher Bate LLB MMS Company Secretary Commercial lawyer specialising in the resources industry. Experienced as legal advisor to companies, including PLC's. Regularly consults to mining, exploration and petroleum corporations in the area of company and commercial law.

Adrian Singh

A graduate of the University of Durban (BSc Chemistry, Biochemistry). Adrian worked for over 11 years at East Rand Gold & Uranium Company (ERGO) in various metallurgical positions before joining a technology equipment supplier as sales engineer. Within a two-year period Adrian was responsible for bringing in 80% of the total revenue and played a critical role in strategy development. Adrian specializes in gold metallurgy, testing and recovery. He has developed a range of processes to recover or enhance precious metals recovery.
