Adrian SinghDirector – Chief Operating OfficerGraduate of the University of Durban (BSc Chemistry, Biochemistry). Adrian worked for over 11 years at East Rand Gold & Uranium Company (ERGO) in various metallurgical positions before joining a technology equipment supplier as sales engineer. Within a two year period Adrian was responsible for bringing in 80% of the total revenue and played a critical role in strategy development. Adrian specializes in gold metallurgy, testing and recovery. He has developed a range of processes to recover or enhance precious metals recovery and is co-inventor of a number of MMS patents. |

Peter SullivanDirector - MMSAPeter has a BSc in Mining Engineering from Nottingham University and an MSc from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. He is the principal of Euromin Ltd, a Portuguese based engineering consultancy. Peter has extensive experience in coal, hard rock and alluvial mining in Africa. He spent seven years as a project manager with the South African Chamber of Mines Research. He has over fifteen years experience in diamond mining and recovery in Angola culminating in the position of General Manager – Operations for the largest diamond producer. Peter is also a Director and Operations Manager for MMS, Director of Euromin Ltd and Director of Greenhills Technologies International Ltd. |

Hennie StallknechtHead of MetallurgyHennie has over 33 years experience in laboratory and pilot plant scale technology development, plant operation and optimization. During this time he has been employed by JCI, The South African Chamber of Mines, BHP Billiton (Head of Minerals Engineering), Mintek and more recently as Manager Flotation Technologies with SGS Lakefield Research Africa. Key areas of expertise include management of minerals beneficiation projects for base metals, precious metals and industrial minerals on laboratory and pilot plant scale. Specific experience includes froth flotation, gravity separation and heavy medium separation and associated flow sheet development. |
